Website

This site's content is served statically by Netlify. No database and no form collects information on this site: contact requests use a simple email link that opens your own email software.

3. Cookies and trackers

This site does not install any audience measurement, advertising or preference cookies, and does not use any analytics tool (Google Analytics or similar).

No non essential tracker is placed while you browse this site, so it does not require a consent banner under CNIL guidelines.

If an audience measurement tool or any other tracker were added, this page would be updated and a compliant consent banner (refusal as simple as acceptance, no pre checked boxes) would be put in place before any non essential tracker is set.

4. Personal data

This site has no data collection form and no user account. The only processing of personal data happens when you contact us directly by email through one of the site's contact links.

Data controller

FIDEWINE, SAS, whose details appear in section 1 of this page.

Data collected and purpose

When you write to us, your email address and the content of your message (and your name if you mention it) reach our mailbox, solely to process and reply to your request.

Legal basis

This processing relies on our legitimate interest in responding to requests addressed to us (Article 6.1.f GDPR), or on pre contractual measures if your message concerns a demo or quote request (Article 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention period

Your email exchanges are kept for as long as needed to process your request, then archived for a limited period [period to be defined, for example 3 years] for evidence purposes in case of a dispute.

Recipients

Your data is intended solely for the FIDEwine team and is not shared with any third party, except the email provider used for the contact@fidewine.com address [provider name to specify].

Transfers outside the European Union

No data transfer outside the European Union is carried out by this site, except, where applicable, the hosting of the mailbox used for contact@fidewine.com [to verify depending on the provider chosen].

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to contact@fidewine.com.

No data protection officer (DPO) is designated at this time, your GDPR requests can be sent directly to the address above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or via cnil.fr.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, graphics and structure) is protected by intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of FIDEWINE, unless stated otherwise.

Any reproduction, representation, modification or use, in whole or in part, of these elements, by any means, without prior written authorization from FIDEWINE, is prohibited and constitutes infringement under the French Intellectual Property Code.
